    Cutting wedges

    Hi All,
I need to cut some wedges about 3" wide with a taper of 15deg, these are about 9" long. What would be the safest way to do this?
These will be mounting blocks for retractable casters for my workbench.
    Thank's,
    Dick

I'm sure that with a little planning, a jig (or combination of jigs) to use with your tablesaw wouldn't be that hard to work up.

Bandsaw and then joint the sawn surface if required or hand plane, belt sand, etc.
