    Question Craftsman woodturning tools

    Hi:

    Has anyone used the new Sears Craftsman woodturning tools? My old craftsman woodturning tools were made in the USA, but the new craftsman woodturning tools are listed in the catalog as being imported. Any difference in the quality of the old verses the new woodturning tools?

    My old Craftsman tools are carbon steel I have to re-shapen them often. Its more important to check & see if these new tools are high speed steel.
    I usually find it much easier to be wrong once in while than to try to be perfect.
