    Latest peppermills

    Hi,
    Been awhile since I got on here. Been too busy. I guess that's what happens when you're retired.

    SWMBO collects light houses, I like to make pepper mills, so I thought why not combine the two.

    These are my interpretations of some of the light houses on the Outerbanks, NC. The one on the left is the Bodie Island light house, center is Cape Hatteras, and the right is Cape Lookout. The Hatteras and Lookout are cherry and wenge, the Bodie is birch and wenge.

    Comments please.

    Go for it Ken. If they come out anything like the spindles you did for Dave, I'll quit posting

    I used the ceramic mechanisms for these. I prefer them to the stainless steel grinders, although I use alot of them too.
