    Just another goblet

This is a goblet I made as a wedding gift for a niece that's getting hitched in a few weeks. It's eucalyptus with some light sapwood and two interlocked captive rings. 6 1/2" tall and just under 2" diameter.

Beautiful, delicate goblet. I like the symbolism of the entwined captive rings.
Truly a gift to be cherished for a lifetime.

Beautiful, absolutely beautiful. I love the stem and the interlocked rings. One day I'll learn how to do that.

    Beautiful work Curt!!!!!

    Curt,
This is a wonderful piece. I see some Yin and Yang in the grain pattern that compliments the interlocked rings. Grat job!

The goblet master does it again ... Great piece Curt!

Love the contrast between the sap wood and the darker wood and the stem is great. Your interlocking rings are always a treat. Your niece will love it ... She's a beauty!

Beautiful goblet Curt! Like everyone else - I like the contrast between the woods. I really like the detail work on the stem - very nice, very clean. Great looking goblet and I am sure your niece will absolutely love it!

The design is pleasing to view, and this is enhanced with the crisp edges of the piece. I think the contrasting colors incorporated really add to the beauty.
