    Talking Box Elder Burl Bowl

Another Box Elder burl bowl ... Nice burl grain with some bright reds ... 6 1/2" wide, 4 inches tall, with a small bead on the bottom for a foot. Wall thickness is about a 1/4" and tapers to a point at the rim, makes it look thin until ya pick it up and hold it and feel the weight.
Finish is General Seal a Cell, White Diamond and carnauba wax.

Now that's pretty!! Nice simple form - great looking finish - and the wood is amazing! This one begs to be touched! Very, very nice work!

Beautiful bowl Shane! I think the form, finish, and photography are first class. It sure shows a lot of chatoyance, wish I could see it in person. Thanks for posting.

Oh, I like this one, Shane. It's very similar to one of my favorite pieces in my own self-turned collection in for as well as in the choice of spalted material. Wonderful!
