JDS Multi Router

Anybody have any experience with the JDS multi router? Comments welcomed! Questions that I have: in addition to the very expensive xy stage do you need all the templates and the digital vertical measuring device? All the literature and the web sites have sketchy information what it comes with, if anything.

I have no direct experience with the MultiRouter. I know of folks who have them and say they are fantastic machines, although a bit on the pricey side for a fancy router jig.

A guy who used to post on Badger Pond came up with a home made version that he called the Mortise Flex. You might want to check this out.
