    Magnolia bowl

8 1/2" x 2 1/2", Watco danish oil, 3-step buff/wax. I've been into this form lately. Can you tell? Frankly I'm unimpressed with Magnolia in a visual sense, although it turned easily and took a finish nicely.

Anyone else see the happy face on the inside? LOML spotted it first. I caught the stripe and spot of Jupiter on the bottom.

    All comments welcome.

Another beauty. Yep there sure is a happy face. Again I like the form and finish.

I like it Patrick! Grain looks good to me - kinda wide but seems to flow really nice. First time I've ever seen a bowl with a 'Happy Face' ! Nice work!

First thing I noticed. I like the bowl however I think the happy face on the bottom is kind of distracting. It is a shame since their is absolutely nothing you could do about it. Might be just the thing that would make someone else love it enough to give you cash.

This one should go to Andy. At least then when he finishes his ice cream someone would be smiling back at him. Good work Patrick.
