    Yet another "What is it"

    Got this piece along with a Stanley #12. It has a Stanley Rule & Level Co. blade in it but the conscience on WC is it is not SR&L Co.

    Anyone have an idea of who made it?

    I am 100% positive Stanley didnt make this. I believe I posted at WC that it is a one off casting probably made by a patern maker. It is fitted with a Stanley block plane blade.

    Yes Clint I researched 'Pattern Makers planes' as you suggested in that post and came up with nothing.
    Couldn't find anything on 'Harness Maker's Skiver' either.
