Thread: Crotch Curly Cherry Platter

    Crotch Curly Cherry Platter

    This started out as 5/4... I used it as a jamb chuck on another piece (quite a while ago) and then let it sit.
    The platter is 7/8 of an inch high by 11 1/4 inches in diameter.
    Oil Sanded to 600.
    Finished with shellac and bee's wax.

    Comments ans critiques always welcome.

    Beautiful piece.....the wood is talking so loud it sounds like a bunch of angry passengers I heard in the airports yesterday! Nicely done!
