Very nice Ken! Sorta reminds me of what I used to have on the Rabbit ears on my old TV......should have saved those for inspiration!

Ha! I'm calling NASA. Seems to me they were having a problem with a chipped tile on that shuttle thing. I've got their solution and they wouldn't even have to do a space walk! Just open window in front and let the air unroll...oops......anyway I'm calling NASA!

Offcenter turning, using 23 center positions, in random order.

Beautiful work there Ken!!!! Looks like you and Pat have the "Stinson Original Finish" just about perfected.

Seems like I remember that the finish was first applied by Mark Cothren on a finished bowl that was given to Travis. So they both share in the popularity of the finish.

    Ken,
Don't tell anyone... but our crack (or is that crocked?) Bonkers-R-Us attorneys are working on your "newly stolen finishing technique" patent.

The finish is SO shiny, it's really hard to see the grain and/or figure in the wood...
While I admire the expertise involved, I am wondering if there is some way to leave the texture and reduce the shine, just a bit?

Ken, I like that you were able to preserve the delicate details around the top of the stopper.
