Thread: I can't seem to register...

Unhappy I can't seem to register...

I registered a few weeks ago, but it wouldn't let me post. I tried registering again, but it says I am already registered. I sent you an email asking what to do, but didn't get an answer.

I then tried registering as my wife and all is well with that, but she doesn't like it.

Anything I can do to reclaim my own name? (Wade Lippman)
A post below talks about changing names. Simply changing my name from Suanne Lippman to Wade Lippman would solve my problem also.

    Wade,

The problem was that you had not sent back the email that the server sent you to confirm your membership. I manually approved your account. See if you can get into the account using your real name. If you have any problems, send me a private message or post again in this forum.

It is not immediately apparent how to send a PM.

I can log in, but I can't post a message. I have never gotten an email from you as "Wade".

Can you help me, or am I condemned to be "Suanne" forever?

Send me what you would like to use as your password and I will change it for you. Then you should be able to log in as Wade Lippman. I will email you once your password is changed.

    We'll get your straight.

Well, since I have to post it publicly, why not use "password"?

    Wade,

The problem has been corrected. You should not have any problems logging in now with full privileges.
