    I use the metal grid and it's excellent. I'd love to have the clear grid.

    I ended up making my own custom frame for the metal grid to give me additional guides, but the grid itself is great.
    Laser Engraver: Epilog Legend 24TT 35-watt

    Thanks for the kind words. I'm glad the grid is working for you. I know you are working with a difficult material with which to maintain consistency. (balsa, for those who haven't seen your previous posts)

    Just to clarify--the acrylic grid for transparent acrylics is actually white in color. I consider it to be a consumable. That is it won't last as long as the aluminum grid. Nevertheless, it works and represents a good value.

    Hi Mike,

    Nice item. For those of you who haven't used Mike's cutting grids I use them on both my lasers and they are great. No Mike, I am not getting in this one.

    Thanks for the kind words and thanks for not entering---whew!

    (Sandra's larger machine takes a 48 x 96 grid. She's doing some heavy duty engraving and cutting.)
