    ok I'm confused as to the price. Yeah it's old, but $65k old? Doesn't even look as if the motor is included! Maybe they are stabled outside. This is perfect for you Mr Hart! You should have plenty of, dare I say it, HORSE power around for that type of machinery!!

    Looks like the user provides the horsepower - hop on that foot pedal for a while to get up a head of steam, then turn away while the wheel still has momentum. The original VS setup!

    Errrr...uhmmm...hmm. I'm guessing the person thinks some historical society with deep pockets cruises Ebay for projects.

    Neat lathe though. Tailstock looks a hair off center.

    Makes me think about the flea market when folks sell old rusted junk tools for outlandish prices.

    I don't even see a keepsake value in this one. Interesting seeing how it was done in the old days though!
