    Laquer and oil based glaze

If I put a sealer coat of laquer and then used a oil based glaze over the seal coat is that compatible. I will finish it off with laquer once the glaze dries

The oil based glaze won't harm the lacquer underneath. However, the stronger solvents in the lacquer than you put over the glaze might lift it. This is an area where things get tricky. I'd stick with one manufacturer's "system"--whether S & W or M.L. Campbell.

What Steve said. I've never had an issue when sticking with one manafacturer's products and using them as directed on the product information bulletins.

One thing to check is that your lacquer is indeed designed to be used as seal coat.
