Well I have tried to upload the plans via a zip file. It's only 520 kb but it keeps returning a "page cannot be displayed" page when I try to upload. Several have requested this and I'd like to upload it!

Hmmmm, I see I can upload some .zips but not others (getting the same "page cannot be displayed" error as you). Maybe that stated 1.91 Mb limit on .zip files is not quite true (I could upload a 400k file but not a 600k file)??

Last week I was unable to post a big (400K) zip file. I tried again the next day and it worked. Not sure what the story was.

If you send me a copy, I'll host it on my web site and make that link freely available here. This would prevent you from having to email copy after copy of it.
