New Grizzly 2008 catalog is in the mail.

Just had to rub it in. LOL!!! Well, getting anything done today is shot. :-)

They show a slow speed wet grinder made in Germany (looks like the Tormek or Jet) Item T10010 $169.95

Mine came today -- just as I was thinking about pulling the trigger on a GO555X. Now I see they've dropped the price a bit. Should I take that as a sign from On High?

I got my catalog today, but I didn't even find the time to crack the cover on it yet! (Still working on a Christmas present!)
It's a biiiig mistake to allow any mechanical object to realize that you are in a hurry.

Mine today too. LOML was posing with it and started laughing. Stated she could have been naked with it and I still wouldn't have noticed her. Said it was a heavy rascal and told me to "try reading this one cover to cover sitting on the crapper"

Thanks for the heads up about the Grizzly catalog Dave. If Santa brings me new chisels I might look into that slow speed grinder you mentioned.
    Have a Merry Christmas everybody!!

Also noticed a new 17 bandsaw G0513X2 for $950. May have to give it a closer look. Looks like a good buy.

How do the '08 prices compare for Griz's 15 and 20 inch spiral cutter head planers? No new catalog yet.

Got mine, sort of takes me back to the 50's when the Herters came, but now no brother to fight with to see who gets it first.
