I have only been a member here for a few days and I must say I am impressed. There are a bunch of caring, helpful people here with a lot of knowledge. No crazy flaming going on here just a bunch of people who love woodworking.
I felt compelled to dust the cobwebs off my wallet and contribute! I belong to other forums (like FWW that has to be paid for) but this blows them away.
I am in my shop every day. A year ago I had a transplant operation (liver) and I cant work 8 hours yet but I usually have at least 3 projects going. I have been woodworking since high school. (it is a shame it is not being taught at most high schools now but that is another post). It has always been a hobby until the last year or so where I am trying to earn some $ doing it. (not getting rich but having a heck of a lot of fun).
