    Green wood?

The onlly drawback to yurning green is production time and cracking of some pieces. as to s "how to); I exspect there will be many Creekers weigh in on that topic. Good luck!

John, I found Bill Grumbine's DVD "Turned Bowls Made Easy" to be very informative... he moves pretty quick with the instruction, giving you the information you need... the video covers chainsawing, bandsawing bowl blanks, rough turning, treating, finish turning, etc...

Bill E. gave you some good info. Turning green wood is a little different process than turning dry wood and it is a whole lot easier to turn. 90% of the wood I turn is green.
