    Rockwell Drill Press Question

I have a Rockwell Model 15-091 Drill press.
I would like to replace the chuck, can anyone out there please guide me in the right direction?

It's almost certainly a standard size. You can see if the current chuck is marked (for example JT for Jacobs Taper). The folks in the Old Woodworking Machines forum at www.owwm.org can probably tell you what it wants also.

I personally like the Jacobs Super ball bearing chucks. For that size drill I would suggest a Jacobs 14N which is a 0-1/2" capacity chuck with a 3JT taper mount. You will need to find out what the taper is on your drill spindle and buy the proper arbor to mate whichever chuck you choose to the drills spindle. Enco is currently running a sale on Jacobs ball bearing and plain bearing (cheaper) chucks, just FYI.
