I am new to the vortex and placed an order Sunday night with woodturningz.com Got an email early monday morning that they had received my order and that it would be shipping out monday. Just received my package today (wednesday) with my pen and pencil kits. They have good prices and thus far good CS.
Just wanted to pass along a good experience.
