    WoodWorks/kitchen cabinet questions

I have been watching WoodWorks for awhile. Does he use anything OTHER than tung oil for finishing?

BTW, I am falling in love with the look of quilted maple. Would that work for kitchen cabinets? I'm thinking of a veneer so that the fronts look like a plain piece of wood with oiled bronze hardware. Then maybe walnut veneer for the cases. Light gray granite. My kitchen is really small, so the finish needs to be light.

Yes, believe it or not, he does use other types of finishes once in a while. He even sprays on occasion.

And it's not actually Tung Oil. See http://www.djmarks.com/stories/faq/W...hane_46687.asp
