    calipers

I am wanting to do more hollow forms and I need advise on which type or brand of caliper I should use to get a more consistent thickness. In the past I just "played it by ear". I want to turn pieces up to 10" dia 6-8" in height. Measuring the thickness on the bottom is my main concern.

Ryan this is what I used till I got the laser on my monster HF rig. It works pretty will and is for 10" vessels.
