    Manitoba Maple natural edge

    Hi:
I roughed out this one last summer and really didn't expect it to survive drying because of the extensive bark inclusions that almost bisect it, so I was very pleased with the way it turned out. It is about 9" x 8 1/2" and 4 1/2" high. The little twig surviving intact was a bonus.

Very unique bowl Bob - especially with the twig! Pretty wood - love all that curl! Very nice work - glad you were able to save it!

That's a beauty there Bob. I love the twig. It adds so much to the "character" of the bowl. Simply amazing!!!

Keep the kids away from the twig.

Great job Bob, having the twig survive adds a new dimension to the piece.
