Spindle Adapters

I've been looking to purchase an adapter 1 1/4" x 8 to 1" x 8 and have noticed a wide range in pricing from $20 to $60 and was wondering what is the difference?

Are they all the same or are the more expensive ones machined better and use a better grade of steel? Any recommendations?

Fred my experience has been you get what you pay for. I bought one from PSI and it had run out. I returned it and bought the one from CSUSA and it was dead on. It runs dead true. Just my experience and I am sure more will hopefully give you some info.

Yes I did look at both adapters that you referred to and didn't understand the differences.

I have the PSI Barracuda 2 chuck and am very pleased with it's quality but wasn't sure about their adapters.
