That piece is the very definition of an "heirloom"

    Hi Jim,

Haven't you heard that letting your lawn "go native" is all the rage? Plant wildflowers, no mowing allowed, 'cause you're busy regenerating the atmosphere! More time for woodworking, earth wins, you win!

Nice work! If I were to try something like that, there'd be no time for yardwork as it would be barely half-completed about now.

Very Beautiful. Where did you get the plans from or did you make them up yourself? What did you use for a finish?

Very nice looking.. clean lines and you did an excellent job of mating the grain.

    Well done...

BTW.. concrete the lawn and paint it green. Saves time...

    Sarge..

Real nice Jim, made a chest of drawers look much more interesting with the doors but still functional - good stuff. Would like to see inside but guess the little fellas making good use of it by now.

    Cheers.

Excellent work. I like the design and selection of wood for the surfaces that show. I'm sure it will be well liked. Once it gets some time, it should age darken quite nicely.
