    A good customer service report

    Yesterday around 3:30 in the afternoon I placed an order through McFeely's for some Fast Cap 2P-10 adhesive supplies.

    This morning around 9AM I get an e-mail from McFeely's -20% off over 100 FastCap products ends soon!

    Geez so I just spend $9.000 more yesterday than if I had waited until today . Worth a shot I says to myself, so I sent off an e-mail asking them to honor the sale price. Before too long I had a reply and they said that they will credit my card the 20% and thanks for my business.

    Thought it worth sharing some good customer service news. They didn't have to - though I was ready to argue, but not to worry. Thanks McFeely's.

    Offer ends Sunday August 18.

    McFeely's doesn't carry all the things I need but, I am a repeat customer. They have remained a stellar performer in the area of customer service even after the Grainger's deal. I am a very satisfied customer.
