I would call the local plumbing store and see if they have a rubber coupler that could do it. I had a similar problem only in the 10" range and was able to solve it that way. If the coupler is a little big you can make a gasket of sorts by wrapping self-adhesive cork tape around the pipe to build it up a bit.
The rubber couplers for connecting different types of sewer pipe have amazing range. Any hardware store or big box home improvement store should have them. I'm not sure if they'll be big enough to go over that 120mm fitting, but its worth a try. Silicone spray or WD40 might help if its a tight fit..
Steve, Oneida makes them.
Matt, the Fernco 4" rubber coupler will go over a 120mm port without any extra effort and a 5" flex hose will fit over it on the other side. This is exactly what I use to connect my J/P to the 5" drop. The rubber fitting acts as a quick disconnect on the 120mm hoods. I'm about to put one on my slider as there is not enough clearance to use the metal reducers I originally bought for the purpose once I added the router station on the outfeed side of the saw.

The most expensive tool is the one you buy "cheaply" and often...
Thanks for the responses. I could not find exactly what I needed, so I used some reducers from equipment I no longer have with strips of rubber and band clamps. Works well. Steve Retherford
