    healing up slowly

This is the first peice I've turned since angle surgery 7 long weeks ago just got permission to start walking on the cast with use of a walker for one week and then starting adding weight as I can stand it . Any way made this little vase or weed pot for neighbor lady that when in for knee replacement on Monday. Burnt off fence post hedge (AKA osage orange) about 4 1/2 x 2 1/2 LOMLadded the dry flowers to make it look presentable.

    Sorry!, I couldn't resist!
Glad you are up and about. Be careful and try not to "turn" your ankle!
    Sorry!!!
Nice vase! My turning skills are pretty much relegated to making an occasional mallet.
