    Plain Maple Bowl

This was turned from one of my few remaining pieces of last year’s maple score. Fairly plain but with a few birdseye scattered throughout just for effect!

Maple bowl, 10” diameter x 4 ˝” high, rim is 5/16” and the walls taper down to 3/16”, sanded to 400 grit, multiple coats of Minwax Wipe-On Gloss Poly. Will buff it in a few weeks after poly has time to fully cure.

Any comments, critiques or suggestions are appreciated!

    Thanks for looking!

Awfully large opening at the top compared to your other recent pieces. But a beautiful bowl and great picture!

Top notch, Steve, as usual. You continue to raise the bar. Thats a awfully simple but flattering form. Great work,
