Rocking Chair Advise Needed

I am looking for a rocking chair pattern for my daughter and her first child and came accross this one (The Curly Maple Rocker # AF120):

Has anyone made this one?

I really like this and I am also looking for a chair with comfort. The big question is if the curve at the seat was designed to match the natural shape of the body well enough to maintain good posture.

My wife is concerned that it would force a person to slouch and be uncomfortable holding a child.

Your thoughts and recommendations are appreciated.
