The View at work - minigloat

This is what I get to look at. I know it is tough, but someone has to do it.

    1. Looking south out at the Pacific Ocean

    2. Looking across the channel

    3. Looking back at the site

4&5 Sometimes big things get in the way of the view

What do you get to look at?

    Kevin,
I am retired so I get to look at photos of what other folks look at while they are working.

Where are you? That certainly isn't a view from Lafayette, Louisiana.

I don’t know how you put up with it.

Thank God that there are no windows in my lab!!

Yeah, that would be quite a view from Lousiana all the way to the Pacific Ocean

This is a family oriented forum so I am not sure I can really get into all that I get to look at.

Sometimes it is good, most of the time it is not so good.

Sometimes I want to pop out my eyeballs and rinse them in bleach.

    Joe,
What you see and have to deal with on a daily basis is exactly why I chose a career that was not in law enforcement. I saw enough as part of a news camera crew in San Francisco.

That's nothing. I use to have a view from the office of an open field with woods on the back side. Wildlife running around. Attached is a similar photo of what I see now.

I don't have a picture of it but the Navy has a ship very similar to that one here in Norfolk thats about 80' and will run 70 knots awesome boat. I'll try and get a few sneak pictures of it next time they have it out in the harbour for trials...

Last time I took pictures they pulled me and took my camera Oh Well just need to be sneakyer

As the Supreme court has said "NO ONE can have an expectation of Privacy" while out in public and to me that includes our military.
