Thread: Couple of bowls

    Wink Couple of bowls

I haven't posted many pictures lately. I have made a few bowls but really suck at taking pictures. I gave these to a friend and had her take the pictures. The natural edge is post oak (I usually don't turn the stuff), about 7" max diameter and 6" high. Finished with lacquer over danish oil.

The other is boxelder maple, 5-1/2" diameter. The foot looks really big in the picture, I don't remember it being that tall. Finished with lacquer.

A couple of nice bowls Dennis! The photo stuff is harder to do than the turning but also one of those things that gets easier as you do it! Looking forward to seeing more of your work real soon!

Dennis those are some good looking bowls. Nice form and finish. Keep'em coming.

Those are couple of nice bowls. I sure like the grain in the post oak!
