    Kids storage bins

    Does anyone have plans for stackable storage bins for children's toys/art supplies, etc?

  2. I've built a derivative of these ones from Ikea for kids toys, crafts supplies, storage, etc.




    You can get the plastic bins independent from the frames. You can either buy runners or use dado slots for the bins to slide into. Search for trofast at ikea.com

    I did mine out of birch plywood with a couple of coats of water based poly.

    I also built some units that accept the Ikea bins, made mine out of cheap particle board and painted them:
