Looking for Advice on Dust Collection

I am in the process of building out a new 10 x 20 shop in my basement. It is time for DC. I have a line on a Jet 1100C DC system on CraigsList.

What is a good price for a used Jet DC that is 3 yrs old?

I paid $150 off CL for mine about 2 years ago without a canister or remote. The price has gone up since then. I see a lot of 1hp ones for $200-250 which I think is too high. I probably wouldn't go over $200 unless it has a canister or remote. That might make it worth $250.
