    Happy Holidays

Just wanted to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
Work is closing today at noon, and I don't have to be back until Jan 5th. My son and daughter are already home from college and my wife is off for most of the holidays. I'm looking forward to some time off with the family. I might even get out in the shop a little . I hope everyone has a safe and happy holiday.

Same to you, and everyone else. This will be our first "white Christmas", as we already had a foot on the ground and got another 3" overnight, and still coming down. Unfortunately that means no family coming tomorrow, the roads are too bad. In fact yesterday I went sideways down a hill, that with 4WD and chains on the back. Later this morning we'll venture to the grocer
one last time, hoping they have gotten a delivery, the shelves were pretty bare last time as the trucks cannot make it up the hills. Also, the gas stations are all out because those trucks can't make it up either. One of the hazards of living on a plateau at 500-800 feet elevation.

    Merry Christmas!
