Your Favorite Hand/Sholder/Brace Drills

So I have been playing with these old drills for a while now. I am wondering wheat features other users of these drills find most useful in real life applications? Do you prefer hand, breast, brace drills? Do you use different ones for different jobs? Do you use braces for the "heavy" lifting or will a breast/shoulder drill usually work?....

How about the small "push", or Yankee type drills/screw drivers? Which of these do you find most useful and for what purposes?
