I've always been grateful to the many kind and generous Sawmill Creeker's for advice. Every time I have a question (I'm so dense that questions are what I most produce) it is answered by quite a few members. When a manager of a major manufacturer answers questions and provides helpful hints on this forum, it is both unusual and incredibly helpful. Not only did Jeff Farris provide very useful answers to my questions about Tormek, but when I had some more questions, he PM'd me with great advice. WOW.

Hilel - always great to hear when someone gets assistance that goes above and beyond the normal question and answer portion of posting! When that assistance comes from someone involved with the company that manufactures the product in question - it makes it even more special as it removes any doubt as to the accuracy of the answers.
