Bartlett & Co. 8" Draw Knife
Is anyone familiar with this manufacturer? The draw knife has a slight curve to it, wooden handles with metal top & bottom caps. Looks very much like many of the draw knives I have seen. The blade protrudes from a rectangular metal bar that curves to almost 90 degrees at the ends for handle attachment.
I would post a picture but I do not have it yet. |

Best, some of these gentlemen’s boatshops are in places where nothing but the occasional honk of a wild goose will distract them from their work.” -- L Francis Herreshoff Last edited by Bob Smalser; 11-18-2009 at 11:04 AM. |
