"Renovating Old Houses" by George Nash, Softcover, 1996 Taunton Press. 343 pages, 8"x10", really a super read on restoring, repairing & renovating the old homestead. Very good condition. Well written and illustrated. I feel this is perhaps the best text out there on renovating. Price is $7.00 shipped, lots of winter reading here! PM me if you have any questions.
