Smokey Mtn woodturners Mini-T-A-T

Well we had our mini T-A-T tonight and I proud to say we turn 18 pens in and hour. I was very impressed that everyone join in and seemed to have a good time, I know this isn't a TEXAS T-A-Tbut it was pretty cool for a mini T-A-T. But Jerry beware we are going for your record in July. We are going to show you what a bunch of Hillbillie's can do ( I'm teasing because it going to be hard to come close to the bar, because you set it so high,)

P.S.
This bring's our total to 65 and climbing

Howdy Bill!

Buddy, I hope you DO break our record! mainly because it will be more pens for the troops, but also because the Fort Worth Woodcraft manager told me that we will be having at least one more and maybe TWO more T-A-T's this year!

We just baited you with the 110 pens . . . next time, we'll show you what we can REALLY do!!

And my congrats on your mini T-A-T . . . at 18 pens in one hour . . . hmmm . . . times 7 hours in a T-A-T . . . Omigosh . . . that's 126 pens you could do in a big T-A-T!

Thanks!

Jerry

You did a good job last night Bill. I think you converted some people over to pen turners. Let me have some of those blanks you picked up last night and I will prep them and have them ready for the next one.
