Well, we sold our house and the movers came last Thursday. We haven't been able to close on our new house yet, so EVERYTHING went into storage. I never thought I had so much stuff. My tools filled a 10 x 10 storage "locker" even with things piled to the ceiling. Even when we close the house, we are still going to be storage since we are gut renovating the new place.
So I am really getting withdrawal symptoms. I can't even cut a piece of wood to get some good sawdust fumes. The only thing I left out was my Makita impact tool and drill kit.
After living in a nice house for all these years, it's different living in an apartment (while the gut renovate takes place).
Once we have the house and the walls are back up inside, I'm laying some nice new wood floors. The advice I got on SMC was priceless to the decision and even some of our choices.
BTW, Dino, we're now in Highland Park. A few miles south of you. When are we getting together for coffee and donuts?
BTW, we hired a company to clean out our house after the movers finished. My garage/shop required about 75% of a 10 yard dumpster for scraps and other accumulation and the house needed a 30 yarder. So this was quite a bit of "stuff." It's amazing what you can accumulate in 28+ years and 2 kids, etc. in a house!

Now the apartment is my showroom/office/client meeting place. I built a full set of kitchen cabs and of course a good bathroom setup for show that we used of course while we lived in there. When the house sold we moved into the shop and lived there for 13 months while we worked on construction of the house.
