veneered cat tree halves - cutouts were laid out using a 14" radiused semi-circle template made from a scrap piece of 1/4" ply. Solid ash banding (1/4") hides the exposed ply edges. Banding was glued in place using the cutout waste sections as forms, squeezed together with clamps.
