Ed, I posted a reply to your request for the templates. I have already drawn them in CAD and could cut them in next day or so. As I said in the post, my experience is that mailing them could cost $15. I would cut 2 of them from my MDO material for $30 or one for $20 and then use your pin router to cut the second.
