Thank you for your response. I am not happy with it. This is the second time the tube has failed. The 1st 1 was 8 months after purchase the machine. That one was replaced. Since then the machine has never had the same power as new. I have only done about 70 hrs work with it. I am so mad at epilog. They sell the machine saying it will get 50,000 hrs out if a tube. I haven't got 100 hrs out of either of the tubes. I'm now out of warranty. I am going to contact epilog. If they do not come good with a replacement, I will make it my goal to let the world know about there poor record.
