Thanks for the info. I dont need anything sharpened yet, but I know the day is coming.
Hi Drew - I use so many blades that I rarely need a sharpening. The only place I've ever used was Jackson Saw and Knife locally. Performance wise, they did a good job but they sure took a lot of carbide off, so I probably won't be going back. In the future I would probably try Scott Whiting in Glendale AZ, Ridge Carbide, Forrest, or send it to Infinity or Holbren.
Hi Scott, Who do you use for sharpening? Thanks, Drew
Neither Bandit571, nor I will ever be a part of WOOD's little site again. Just can't see anything happening that would change either of us's minds on that subject. Never "fit in" with that small group of "friends" that run that site. I trying now to get all my (and Craig"s) posts DELETED from there, as I want no trace of ever being there. Have fun.
Just an Hello from a Whitedog. Still trying to get a bed on a sears 6" jointer to level up. Outfeed is fixed in place, in-feed moves. In-feed tips downhill towards the cutter head. Depth of cut will change as I run a board through. I have to clamp the adjuster in place at the depth i need.
Scott: 2 inserts came with the saw , 1 dado and 1 standard. Is the standard not up to par? Should i look at a "0" clearance? tks. Bryan
Scott: I bought a floor mod craftsman table saw 22124. The price was good but have found out I'm missing some items. Namely the manual and drive belt. Do you know of someone who has the manual, eithor pdf or actual? Im also interested in finding a source for the belt. The miter was missing but have been looking at the Incra products they look pretty good . tks in advance Bryan My e mail is: bowstalk@yahoo.com
