    Frank,

What I have are a lot of sound holes ( lute style sound hold covers )that I had converted from various forms into vector files (cdr). These files have a lot of intricate patterns and they are all vectors but many would not cut/engrave without some clean-up ( ungrouping ----- etc. )

I don't have time to clean these up and we don't have an immediate need but I would love to have someone clean them up that new how they needed to be to work on the laser.

I'm willing to pay for the help....... my biggest thing was finding someone who new what the laser needed to cut clean files. You would be welcome to use them yourself upon completion.

Contact me off-site if you have an interest at.

    Kevin@waldroninstruments.com

    Thanks,

    Kevin

    Frank,

I have had a lot of sound hole patterns (for guitars and other) vectorized ( really neat patterns ) ane they are all in cdr format. These all need to be cleaned up somewhat so that you can cut/engrave on the laser....... ( all the lines are correct but for the most part you can't cut them out unless you do some connecting, different layers, etc. best just to look at them)would you be interested in doing any of these?

Give me and off-site e-mail and I can send you a couple to look at. I am willing to pay for your time and you can use whatever you like. ( Just not enough hours in my day....... trying to get everything else into the computer with the other instrument parts for the cnc)

    Frank,

Kevin Waldron here. Trust that you have been well. I haven't had much free time with the guitar stuff since we started. We are selling templates along with our guitar business and I have had a customer contact me in the UK interested in a template..(3/16" green edge acrlic.)

The Shipping to send from US to UK is about $32 for a 4 lbs 24x20 box for the template. Would you be interested in making some of these if I sent you a file and we come up with a figure that's fair for you and me? You would need 24x18 laser to do most everything, sometimes you would need larger but if that didn't work then so be it.

Let me know. What I do is draw everything in a dxf or dwg file then import into Corel for the laser work. The parts site is http://guitartemplates.net if you want to see.

    Thanks, and all the best.

    Kevin
