Thank you all for your help. I am going to try sanding without removing the fret board as Kevin suggested. Will post later one way or the other as to my success.

I just put a straight edge on it and with it held down at one end there is a 12/32 gap at the other end. The fret slots may have been to tight , but I pulled them when i found the warp. Still...
Also have the power cord pulled and as you work the switch back and forth keep the air going. It shouldent take too much if this works

You might try blowing the switch with compressed air which may dislodge some dust that the vacuum could"nt. Won"t hurt to try

Check the set screws on the belt pulleys to be sure the belt isn't hitting them. Ive seen this cause vibration problems.

If you are making your oun spindles, you could rout two grooves ,then glue them togeather beforeyou turn the spindle. Most fishing rod handles have a tapered hole to fit the rod taper.

Rob, Your right about the shared yoke. I didnt read far enough. A double breaker is not required in a residencial unit if there is no shared yoke tho. I checked this with a state elect inspector....
