Patrick here's a link to a thread that I used some home made cauls when I had few clamps worked pretty good. I know a couple that have a set of Bowclamps and love them.
John I have both books by Jewitt and Flexner and as still very much a rookie I find that Bob Flexners is easier for me to understand.
