Thanks. The hose is only 3mm outside diameter so I can't go any thicker. Is it definitely flexible enough as this is the hose that connects where it's actually lasering so it moves about alot.

I have recently tried cutting laser poplar ply and it was great. Really clean easy cut, however the laser Birch ply comes in a bit cheaper and already precut to the sizes I need to fit my engraver....

Ah OK Thanks. I do quite well with the ply, but do you know how much a new filter is? I've really gotta weigh up if it's worth it in the long run

But if I pass the smoke through my HEPA AD350 and vent tge filters exhaust outside surely this won't smoke much? I stupidly have cut a few pieces Inside with no visible smoke coming from the exhaust
