Saw this in a park a couple of days ago. Shame you're not allowed to operate a chain saw in the park. Its hard the get a scale of the size
from the picture but it was huge.

I'm not sure who manufactures these hand wheels. I'm on my third one
and this one has an enormous amount of run out as did the others. I thought
maybe the internal treads may have been threaded...
I picked up the Nova 1624 II today at Woodcraft. The difference between the 1624 II and the 1624-44 is the addition of a emergency stop button. Other than that and the color change,

I'm looking at the new Nova 1624 II. Besides the different paint color, whats the difference

Thanks ...
I ordered a Delta 46-460 and received it Friday. Had a severe vibration so I exchanged

gonna go for number 3...
Thanks
Jim.

Before you buy a Husky, I'd read some reviews about their customer service.
From what I've read when choosing my saw was that the Husky's are imported
with the carbs leaned out to pass emissions...
Was wondering If anyone has had dealings with Frawley's saw shop. They seem
to have pretty good prices on their Oregon chains. Fair shipping also.
I've had excellent results Keda dyes. And they're inexpensive. Google Keda dyes and you'll find them.
They have an Ebay store. think I paid 15 bucks for the primary colors with free shipping.
Here in Pittsburgh my wood is dry at 11 to12%. My workbench and everything that's made from wood in my shop is between 11 and 12%.
Check the wood in your shop that you know to be dry. Salem SC may...
